roblox Gui's position,size same to all resolutions?

Listen this is not a request just a pleasing help how to make gui stay in its position and have same size but as you can see my gui's are doing weird things https://streamable.com/uhw47 i tried to fix it with plugins but every plugin is broken for some reason any help?

use scale and, not offset. simply go into the properties of the frame or text and change the size or position of the scale and leave offset set to 0. A1exTatum 57 — 5y
