What are metatables and metamethods?
So I want to explore the innerworkings of Lua and I heard metatables and metamethods were a great place to start. I was wondering what they are, what they do, and how they work. I can't find any tutorials anywhere on the matter so I was wondering if someone could tell me what they are or maybe give me links to some tutorials.
