What are the other ways of getting the local player in a normal script other than functions?
title says it all ^ not a request im just asking what are the ways to do this

You can't because there's no "local player" on the server. Local player is the player on whose PC the localscript runs. Since the server scripts run on roblox servers, they have no local player. Amiaa16 3227 — 6y

honestly there is no way to find a player in a server script without functions but why do u want to find the player in a server script without functions? I need an explanation as to why u need to do that so i can maybe help you
