How Do I Resize A GUI Based On Screen Size?
I Have Tried devforum.roblox.com but nothing works

use scale not offset when sizing a gui. scale will fit the gui to any screen size of your choice, as offset tends to make the gui go off screen on smaller or bigger/smaller pc screens.
