Issue with R15 , Item doesnt clone when using a diff pack?

    AdminE.Admin3SA:Clone().Parent = chr.Head --Works with both 1.0 and any package
    AdminE.Admin1E:Clone().Parent = chr.LowerTorso --Only 1.0 
    AdminE.Admin2E:Clone().Parent = chr.LowerTorso --Only 1.0
    AdminE.Admin3SA:Clone().Parent = chr.LowerTorso --Only 1.0

i know this isnt a scripting issue but this is seriously makes me mad R15 1.0 , everything works fine , like Welding and Cloning something in the Part , but when i change in to , lets say , 2.0 or Superhero package , it breaks , no errors nothing , it doesnt seem to clone it in the part.

as i saw in Club Tesla , the stuff that you can put on your hands and other stuff works with every pack in r15.... how

someone tell me or i go crazy over this..
