How could I possibly make my arms follow my mouse?

I want to make my arms follow my mouse. I am trying to make a gun and I want that in first person my arm would be straight and follow the mouse.

I have no idea how to start, I dont know the basics. I tried finding a free model script to try and learn it but there are none that fit my needs. Any help such as links to videos, websites or any comment would really help me.
