Some of Kohls Admin commands don't work (regardless of rank)?

I don't know why this happens, but it seems to only happen on a specific game I'm trying to modify, if I paste the exact script into another game it works just fine, but in the game I'm trying to put it in, some commands, regardless of their rank are restricted, I've gone in as the "Game Creator" rank, and the "Owner" rank multiple times, and those "Fun commands" like :smite, :skydive, :spin, and :hat, or whatnot don't work, I have turned "Fun commands" to "true", but it only seems to not work on this one game, and only this game, I've looked through the workspace multiple times for a script that could be causing this, but I haven't come across anything.
