Is there any way to make text scaling have a text size limit?

If I create a giant text label to fit like a paragraph, when I put it to text scaling it'll make it super large to fix the whole label. Is there any way that it'll stick to something like a size of 20, and then once the text does not fit anymore to begin text scaling so it sizes itself lower? I'm not sure how I'd do this with a script
