How do I calculate the rotational matrix for CFrame usage?

I looked at the guide on CFrames by jobro13. I went and read the wikipedia page and was confused on how to calculate it. It only showed the formulas for individual axis.

I know this is very advanced mathematics, but can someone tell me how to calculate them?
