I NEED HELP! My credits script isn't working for some reason. The Frame pops up but there is litterally no text that pops up. I need it for a release of my game.

I think the problem is you're making it repeat until it's >=0, so it would stop if the TextTransparency is GREATER than 0. Try to make it repeat until the transparency is <=0.
