How do I get a live countdown for a place visit milestone?

Hello, I am the head moderator in the Pizza Place Elite Players group (https://www.roblox.com/My/Groups.aspx?gid=3116581). As you might know, the Pizza place game is about to be the 4th game to hit 1 billion visits! I would like to have a live countdown in game to celebrate this milestone. I have seen this done with other games such as jailbreak. Can someone please share with me a script that can achieve this? It should just be able to change the text on a textbox within a frame. Thanks for sharing your time with me! (P.S) It will have to be in a different place, being as we do not own the pizza place, so there should be some way to insert a place ID
