How do I change the center point of a vehicle?

Now, you probably can't understand the question just by the title, so I'll explain what I mean.

It seems using a VehicleSeat is made to be put in the center of the vehicle, so all the wheels turn around a central point. However, if I didn't want my driver seat to be in the center, say I wanted it to be in the front left like most cars are, the vehicle encounters unexpected behavior, this is more noticeable on the longer vehicles such as my limo and van. Is there a way that I can set a "center point" for the wheels without moving the VehicleSeat to the center of the vehicle?

If I'm being unclear, let me know. I tried my best to explain clearly.

It could be a problem with uneven distribution of weight on the vehicle. What types of hinges are you using for the wheels, and how heavy is the seat/player? If a heavy seat and player are slightly to the left inside a vehicle, it could cause the hinges to bend a bit, causing the steering to be slightly misaligned with a leftward bias.
