Can HttpService functions called by localscripts? (Client side)
Because I'm using a module script for sending messages to discord and I'm requiring it from a localscript.

no, why would it. that makes no sense as exploiters could get your webhook and send malicious things to your site. don't do it on the client, period. User#19524 175 — 5y

No, they can only be send by the server. You can use a RemoteFunction/RemoteEvent if you want the client to get the site information
