How to add a damage script to a part that is welded on the player that was made via script?
I'm so confused I welded a part to the player then sized it over the hand, I did this of course for a thing over the hand that damages the player when it touches them as I already have an animation and everything for the punch and kick on click (The combat). But I can't seem to add the damage in as the script doesn't know what (The Part name) of the part that should do the damage when touched is because unless u click play it technically isn't there also even in play it still doesn't work I have tried basically everything please help. I can't really provide any scripts as there is no need for one since I'm asking how to add damage to this part that's made in a script.

Nevermind man you were of a "ton of help" thanks. But, I've seen people link sites and information to sources that will help against another persons problem. But, of course it's not like you have no right to comment all i'm saying is your comment wasn't needed, as it literally says in the Discord "we are not a substitution for your brain" so I obviously know that.
