How do I make it when camera is in the water, that the sound gets muffled? [SOLVED]

So I've seen this in multiple games, and I've seen only 2 videos on it, but neither of them explains how to do it. So when the camera get's submerged in water, the sound that is currently playing for that player gets muffled. I have zero idea of how to do this, and any help is greatly appreciated!

I'm assuming the camera is on the player and you want to check if the player is underwater? waifuSZN 123 — 6y

yes indeed. Say im in 3rd person, and I turn my camera to be under the water, but my player is still above the water, the sound is still muffled because my camera is under the water. ReeseTP 7 — 6y

There are probably some sound properties that do this and there are a few other Instances that could possibly help User#19524 175 — 6y

Use look vector then override the current water sound. greatneil80 2647 — 6y
