How do I get horizontal field of view?

Asked by 6 years ago

I know you can get the vertical field of view by doing workspace.CurrentCamera.FieldOfView. But is there a way to get the horizontal FOV? Or is that the same?

I think horizontal FOV is like having super-wide eyes so that you can see 90 degrees on each side of your head. It'd be like birds, where your eyes are on the sides of your head. Zenith_Lord 93 — 6y

Yes, this is actually the same thing. FOV is only displayed as the total amount of how much you can see rather than just how much of a direction you can see. I don't think there's actually anything that would change that. Just keep doing what you're doing.
