Removing GUIs added to coregui for exploiting?

Is it possible to access the coregui somehow through a localscript? I was thinking and realized exploiters can easily use an explorer to view all of the descendants in the game, and those are all mainly patented to the core gui, so if they were to load it and something were to be added into the coregui that is not a default roblox gui object, just remove it..
