How do I make it so a specific character has specific moves? ( Edited to make it understandable )

I have some anime characters. I made it so you can pick and become them through a gui. I want to make it so each character has different moves and not the same moves. For example, Saitama has serious strike and Genos has his blast thing. I wanted to do something like that
