How to fix MeshContentProvider?

So basically, I join my game. My right shoulder is missing, I check the client log and here I found this: http://prntscr.com/kcazpb I'm not changing ANYTHING to the character's body of some sort. So I don't know why this is happening. Is this a mistake I have made or is this Roblox's side?
