PromptGamePassPurchase not showing game pass image?
It prompts the player but the image does not load in (only shows a white box). I tried waiting for a day it still did not load.

I don't think this is a scripting issue. I'm currently having this exact issue and my script seems flawless based on my observation. I think it's something ROBLOX messed up herself rather than you. User#20989 0 — 5y
