Experimental mode still on?

Although this doesn't pertain to scripting, my group game recently keeps getting marked down as experimental and I have no clue why. FIltering is enabled, and the experimental mode is off yet users under the age of 13 are still unable to play. Any ideas on how to fix it? I tried shutting down all servers that didn't make a difference and ive published it multiple times but i don't know what to do.

There's some problems with this update on the DevForum as well. One of the things that were recommended was shuting down all servers, even ones started up via `CreatePlaceAsync` (I think). TheeDeathCaster 2368 — 6y

im fine joining the game as the creator but i made a spare account purposely under the age off 13 and it still would not allow me to play. Cantbeatmerbro 1 — 6y

@TheeDeathCaster said that CreatePlaceAsync() causes issue is correct. If you created a place using create place async that was FE off then your not in luck because currently your game is stuck in an experimental mode limbo. I had experienced this issue my self and contacted Roblox but they told me they couldn't do nothing about it. Roblox did address this issue and said that they will fix it in the future. All you have to do is to wait until they fix the bug.
