How do I make a script that gives a tool that is already a model in the game if have gamepass?

I find a lot of help and all they offer is just getting already made gear into the game. I have a torch in my game and I duplicated it and made it brighter and am trying to make it a gamepass but I can't find anything that will let me do that. Anyone, please help me out, I've been at this issue for hours.
