Does roblox have datastore limits for tables?
I have a car spawner that I am working on using bool values for the tables to save, I can have unlimited tables right? Just making sure...

You shouldn't run into any problems unless you are trying to save a MASSIVE amount of data. The Datastore's limit is about 260000 characters.
