How do i get a name of a team if the name dose not appear until the game is launched? [closed]

How do i get a name of a team if the name dose not appear until the game is launched?Basically i want it so that when a player joins a team witch is not there until the game is launched so that i can have a hovering name above the player when they join a specific team?
