How to orient camera around character like Fantastic Frontier?

In the game Fantastic Frontier, if you press Alt key, you can rotate the camera around your character without moving your character. I have no idea how to do that. And I have a modified camera script that will force shiftlock players. (Still, the template is default ROBLOX CameraScript)
