Catalog Heaven Bypass HttpService Rules?

Catalog Heaven is a long-standing game where players are able to use gear from the catalog to fight other players with. In the HttpService restrictions, it states that you are not able to retrieve data from Roblox domains. I was wondering how the creator was able to bypass this rule.

I realize that the creator could simply be making his own replica models for the game, but looking through his models discards this possibility as there are only a few models of items from the catalog.
