How to make the particles goes to the same point ?

As shown in the link to the gif i put, i would like the particle to do the same things. You can see in the gif (you have to zoom in because it's quite little) particle that goes from "outside" the player to the same point (like the torso). I've tried many things but i still dont know how to do that. Could i have some help please ?

Have you tryed welding a invisble part to the torso, and adding particals? Carforlife1 59 — 6y

The person isn't using particle giver; the particles that are flying toward him are Non CanCollide Parts. User#20158 0 — 6y
