Please follow scripting helpers guidelines!! Also you cannot make someone say something on a server unless it's a customized chat. Player's Cannot be forced out of there will of chatting.

The Chat method is what you're looking for, but it is locked.

If you want to force someone to chat something, you have to use a custom chat system.
