Why does my Roblox animation come out strangely when I rotate the torso? (R6)

I know this may not have much to do with scripting, but when I make a roblox animation with the editor, and I rotate the torso during the animation, when I use it on myself it comes out as though I didnt roate the torso. Why does it do this? please respond :)
