Why is my animation different from what I animate?

So, when I'm animating with the dummy, I get a P E R F E C T animation going. But then when I try make the player do it, its slightly off...

I'm animating with extra models in the player (animating weapons) and I have to script to put it into player along with the Motor6D.

The animation I get from the player, is still different. For example, the arms are too close into the body and other extra movement like so.

Can anyone explain why?

Is it possible that your player body proportions are different than the proportions of your animating rig? ThatPreston 354 — 6y

I've changed around my character scaling to try different sizes but all of them still play the same thing. Scaii_0 145 — 6y
