How to find an existing Plugin Toolbar?

Like Clonetrooper1910's plugin for example, each button is a different plugin (and also from different users too), but they are grouped into 1 toolbar

When I use plugin:CreateToolbar() with the same name, it will appear as 2 separate toolbar but with the same name. So how do you do like that?
