Touch event PROBLEM how to detect parts inside a part?

and explosion, wtv attack it is where you clone a model, anchor it and cframe it into workspace and then you want anything that is inside of it to be affected, how to do it?? touch event isnt triggered because it aint a projectile and other parts arent moving either, so roblox doesnt trigger the event, so how?
