Faster loading from ReplicatedStorage to workspace or avoid glitch?

I have a script which clones an NPC from the ReplicatedStorage to the workspace through Filtering Enabled, and the NPC clones itself a bit slowly in fact in these pictures you can see the NPC loading.

Is it possible to either load the NPC faster or load it only when it is fully completed?
