Motor6D problem while trying to bind it and animate, please help?

So I am building a starter character with a mermaid tail and I want to animate the tail but it just won't move the parts, and when I unanchor the model in studio they just go sideways and I can't undo it, could someone properly motor 6d me this model so I can animate the tail? If so answer, please.
