How to make overhead guis not expand when you zoom out?

Does anyone know anyway to stop overhead guis from growing bigger when you zoom out? It's really annoying when you can see people from across the map sometimes, here's an example of what I want (link).

As you can see, it gets smaller as you zoom out.
