For e.g I made a beach, and I want sounds of people talking outside the water but I want the blub blub water sounds when the player is inside the water, i want the volume of the sound to stay same as long as you are in the area.

If you go underwater, the sounds become very suppressed but if you go back outside the sounds are back to normal. How do you do this? An area with sound and another with none?
