How do you make a rank gamepass when the person gets the rank?

So, I don't really know the script for it. But I know that other games or groups make a rank gampass. Where the player buys it and give them a rank of higher rank or pass rank. I want to have do you make a rank gamepass. How do I make it where the person can get rank up. Or just like a bot something like that. Here is a example.
