Why do humanoid limbs stay in place after death?

I'm trying to script to where the body parts of an NPC humanoid fall apart when it is killed. I thought that simply removing the joints would work (Torso:ClearAllChildren), but it doesn't. After thoroughly searching through all the parts of the character, I cannot find what keeps the part sticking once the Humanoid's health is 0.

Why do the limbs continue to stay in place?
