How to save values using DataStoreService?

I honestly don't even know if this is possible. I'm the worst at Data Saving.

I don't even understand it fully.

I have an idea of what to do, i just dont know where to look to put it into context

Can anybody give a link or something on this please(preferably a forum page). Thanks!
