Body Forces manipulated vehicle flipping fix?

I have a problem with body forces manipulated vehicle, the force is applied according to vehicle seat throttle/steer values. but the problem is that whenever the vehicle hits obstacle, the force is still being applied if you are holding the keys on keyboard. so the vehicle flips . any suggestions how to fix that?
