Gamepass teleport Pad make it tp you to another area in a map? any help without involving scripting?

so i have a question on how to make this any like direction you can point me would help. so i want to make it so people with a certain gamepass can teleport to another place in the map. if they do not own the gamepass a buy GUI shows up to buy it. the pad they step on is called sender and the pad they teleport to is called receiver. it has a regen where it waits 10 seconds then turns green again and when its stepped on by a gamepass owner it turns red. any helpful points in the right direction will help. i'm not asking for this to be made for me i'm asking for a foot in the right direction
