Can you put clothes on a custom character?

So I have made a custom character, it looks like an average noob but is built with a lot more blocks for custom movements. I want to be able to put normal clothes on it. Is this possible?

I was wondering if there is maybe a way to select what parts of the NPC clothes can attatch to.

Yes, you can if it has a humanoid, It should fit like a normal Character.
