TextBoxes don't work on mobile devices or tablets?

I've had reports from people who have tried entering codes in my games but I didn't think anything of it, but I just tested a TextBox in studio using the Emulator and it seems that you can't click on TextBoxes while on mobile or tablets, is there a way to fix this?

I have no need to provide any code because it's not any of my code that is the problem, it's ROBLOX's TextBox.
