Skateboards are getting deprecated, is there any solutions to not get them broken?
Lately, skateboards (SkateboardPlatform) have been losing the ability to Dismount (jumping out of the skateboards) and in the future it might be removed completely. That's a HUGE MISTAKE made by ROBLOX, the worse thing is that I'm making a game dedicated to skateboards, and it's going to be broken any time soon! Is there any ways to remake and improve the skateboards? Even skateboards from the catalog aren't working properly.

Try to fix them. If it says in the output stuff like can't find torso then make your game R6.

all i know is that i can remake the jumping ability by using UserInputService to check whenever the player is pressing Backspace and it will make the character jump off Konethorix 197 — 6y

Alright. Like I said before, make your game R6 if it says Torso is not a valid member of model. Then, if the skateboard welds onto the player it should be able to move with it. That part should b easy, good luck and if you ever need help you can ask questions! eloiishot 47 — 6y
