Only works when facing object? (Beam tracker)

After a lot of hard work & with the help of bezier curves, I finally learned how to track the new Roblox beam with a rocket propulsioned object.

However, it only tracks perfectly when my player is facing the target, if I tilt my player to the side, or make him look backwards, it will no longer track properly.

does anybody know why this is happening?

Free models. Theres lots of working free models that properly display a bezier curve based on the positions of the bricks. I just replaced the bricks with actual Beam values such as CurveSize0, and CurveSize1, the attachment positions & suddenly, it tracked the beam perfectly. roquick 41 — 7y
