How do I make a double jump block?

You used to be able to set the humanoid's sit to true so they can double jump, but now it doesn't seem to work. What's the alternative now? Setting the humanoid Enum to Jumping doesn't seem to work for me because I'm trying to make it so you have to touch a block to be able to jump twice.
