I'd like to make a ride, but I need to know if this is possible, could someone help?

I'm new to scripting, VERY new, and I've had this lift build for me to where it lifts up a few of the carts I made, and locks them in place while the ride/movie plays, It's basically a simulation of flying, but so that it can be super real, I want there to be a button I push to make those carts tilt, to turn WITH the big TV movie that's playing, but then level back out as it was, all controlled by a few buttons, is this possible, and if so could someone do it for me for some ROBUX?
