Animations by Default?

I've been waiting ever since animations came out. Posting everywhere and asking staff about how to make a player have them by default when they enter a game. Not one person could tell me how.

I know how that it involves scripting. I know how to script animations in basecharacters but I do not know how to add them by default. Anyone know how to do this and where I'd put the script? EX. Workspace, lighting, ect.
