How do I lock a Camera in place? Seriously needing help on this.

As I finally have come to an end on the building part of my game, I need to understand.. How do I lock a camera in place where the camera is set back enough to where the camera follows with the character.

1:Camera follows the Roblox Character. 2:Moved to the very top and is locked there.
