I need someone to help me with a specific game, can i have someone that understands this more?

This is an old game, I know very little about scripting and I need someone to help me with, Kevitis' game SDBFP - A Dragon Ball game that I need help figuring out how to make transformations and such. I have tried videos, and attempting to look in the scripts for help but I know nothing.
